We've used Caliber Collision several times now, and they have always been fantastic. Very customer oriented, easy to work with. We've had the pleasure of working with Eli, who is fabulous. The ladies at the reception are also very nice and welcoming. Would recommend ☺️

If you want it repaired correctly the first time, make sure you take it here. Quality, attention to detail, consistent communication, and professionalism. Don’t let the claims department send you anywhere else. My Lincoln was handled somewhere else. A three month nightmare with the replacement after market parts falling off every time I drove the car. Caliber's repair is not only excellent work, the cost was 500 less than the other shop who did substandard work with over inflated prices and defective parts. Kevin Lathan's professional expertise brought my 14 year old Lincoln back to almost showroom condition ending my 3 month nightmare. End the stress by calling the best!

Repairs after an accident were handled professionally and Kevin kept me informed all through the process. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for your auto body repair. Customer service is top notch. Cost was reasonable.

I had a great experience here. Matt provided splendid customer service and kept me updated the entire time, even sending photos of the process. I got my car back washed, super clean and looking great! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend this Caliber location if you need work done on your vehicle.

I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to the entire team at Caliber, with special recognition to Reade for his exceptional service. His unwavering professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence made a significant difference during what was a particularly stressful time. Reade went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was repaired with the utmost care and precision. His confidence and clear communication instilled trust from start to finish, and the entire process—from drop-off to completion—was seamless and remarkably efficient. The level of customer service I received exceeded all expectations. While I have always held Caliber in high regard, this experience has only deepened my appreciation for your organization’s dedication to quality and care. Thank you again for another outstanding experience. I LOVE MY READE!
